Return Policy

Bayberry Naturals has a "No Return" Policy; please choose your purchases carefully. For safety reasons, personal care products cannot be resold if they have been returned.

We understand that mistakes happen. If you have made an error in the placing of your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to adjust your order. However, once your order has been processed and the product has shipped, our "No Return" Policy applies.

Shipment Error
If an error has been made on our part in filling your order, we will do our best to make it right. In order to resolve the error, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the products received along with your name, order number, and shipping information.

Damaged In Transit
For items that have been damaged in shipping, please email us within 48 hours of receipt and keep the damaged item -- including all packaging and packing slips. Because of UPS & USPS insurance policies, unfortunately we cannot replace the item if these things have not been kept.
